Organization Overview

Community World Mission For God’s Family (CWMFGF) is a dream come true, God has been inspiring us for years and years to find a way to help; At first, we wondered how we can help when we do not even have much. And the thought of helping have been haunting our mind. As we pondered on the subject, we have come to the conclusion that to help each other, one does not need to be rich or wealthy... all it takes is God, caring, will and dedication.  We thank God for using us to be a blessing to His people.

Food Drive

In a country where obesity is a rising problem and people literally waste more than a third of their food a year, it is shocking to see how many people sleep hungry every night. Yes, every day, there are millions of children who barely get a single time’s meal a day.

Here, at Community World Mission for God’s Family, we work hard to make sure people have food on their tables. We try, with your donation and inspiration, to get nourishing food to people in need from donors, manufacturers, farmers, and retailers, to make sure that no food goes to waste and instead find its way into the plates of those in need. This way, we hope to build a path to a secure, hunger-free future for our community. We believe that a nourished body and soul are essential for all. We provide hot meals and essential supplies to the homeless, offering a glimmer of hope in their challenging journey.

Backpack Drive

With inflation soaring and impacting every area of life, including school supplies, back-to-school is becoming harder and harder for a family to afford; especially if this family has two or more children. While it is an excitement for some families, some other families are just groaning. We are here to make things a bit easier for these families by supplying them with backpack filled with supplies to lessen their burden. Let's work together to bring a smile on these families face. Each year, we strive to equip underprivileged children with the tools they need for a successful school year by providing backpacks filled with essential supplies, fostering their dreams and aspirations.

Toy Drive

Children need toys to grow up with, not just to pass their time, but also to shape their personalities and character. There are families who can barely make ends meet, so arranging toys for their children are a secondary option for them. That’s where we come in.

We collect toys and distribute them to children and families truly in need. By being involved with us, you can also help paint smiles in thousands of children’ faces who are just in need of a hug. Group effort has always proven to be more effective in ways like having a larger number of toys collected and playing for kids who are less fortunate and need a friend, both in terms of a playmate or in the picture of a toy. Our annual toy giveaway brings smiles to the faces of countless children during the holiday season, ensuring that no child goes without the joy of unwrapping a gift.

Mission Around The World

We strive for world peace, but the times seem to be changing. People seem to be increasingly becoming intolerant of other races. The pillar the United Nations seems to stand on seems to be fading and steadily crumbling apart as power play keeps switching and rulers seemed intent on dividing the masses. 

When the announcement of Brexit was made, there were many cases of intolerant masses subservient to the racist ideals followed by the people spreading hate speech due to their biased opinions mainly towards minorities and immigrants, whose ancestors have actually founded their home since decades.  Since President Trump got elected uncertainty of immigrants also is a matter of concern as they do not feel safe and cases of assault have come forth. We should focus on building bridges, not walls. In war-torn countries like Syria and Palestine, mortal peril soars high, with children being attacked as well.

Here, in Community World Mission for God’s Family, we work for peace and tolerance and to change the people’s perspective. Even though the peace process has constantly been hampered by those in favor of war and separation, leaving people feeling constantly insecure, frightened, and like the rest of the world has abandoned them. We are committed to promoting stability and peace throughout the world.

Scholarships

For those who cannot afford education but have a burning will to study and succeed, we provide both long and short-term scholarships to help pay their tuition fees and rent so that they can be beneficial to society; thus their hard work and talent do not go to waste. We strive to promote better relationships and understanding between the people of different nations, and where they come together under a common ground and aim; i.e. to gain knowledge. Our focus lies on preparing the future of our nation and others into a growing distinction.

Resume & Job Search

For people in need of jobs but suffering from unemployment, we help find or arrange jobs for them, so that they can find means to provide for themselves and their families. With growing competitiveness and lack of proper resources, many deserving and worthy candidates are left out or hidden behind the lens, dulling the focus on them, making it hard for them to land jobs. Here, at Community World Mission for God’s Family, we also work as alumni to help individuals seek better-paying jobs to meet their basic requirements.

We Work To Change The World

Whether it is for medical or financial needs, we do our best to help the community and our fellow brothers and sisters. We carry our mission through various programs and endeavor to bring forth change in someone’s life. We provide support services, be it in the case of housing, rent, basic facilities, or aid. Each time we help to bring a smile on a person’s face, we consider our mission successful.
